Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree, preferably in Statistics/ Development studies/ Anthropology/ Geography/ Disaster Management or relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience, particularly in database management and data analysis.
∎ Advanced knowledge on humanitarian situation, peoples' vulnerability and impacts of disasters and other humanitarian crisis and their inter-linkages
∎ Thorough knowledge on humanitarian practices, and the role of NGOs in Bangladesh in DRR and humanitarian response.
∎ Basic knowledge of GIS and/or statistical analysis software packages such as SPSS, STATA
∎ Analytical thinking skills
∎ Excellent IT skills, including working with spreadsheets, word-processing, and presentation software
∎ Fluent written and oral communications skills in English and Bangla
