Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree, preferably in Information Management/Statistics/Urban and Rural Planning/ Public Health from a recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, Learning, Documentation and MIS, preferably in maternal, new-born and child health related project
∎ Experiences in partnership with MOH&FW, USAID and NGOs would be added value
∎ Excellent knowledge and experience on statistical analysis, database management, data presentation and report writing
∎ Computer proficiency in advanced level MS Excel and statistical analysis package-SPSS is required. GIS is desirable. Web/dashboard programming (JS/ JAVA) skill will be added value.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
