∎ Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology/Social Sciences or related field

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in MHPSS and counseling in non-profit organizations or working experience in emergency response
∎ Demonstrated expertise in documenting, analyzing and summarizing qualitative data
∎ Proven experience of providing/ facilitating training and meeting sessions
∎ Good understanding of child psychology, child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
∎ Fluency in local language and Good knowledge about geography, culture and customs and local language
∎ Essential skills in computing and information technology (MS package, mobile, hotline and Internet) for online service.
