Job Context:
∎ Job location - Kaliganj, Gazipur
∎ Willing to stay close distance to the factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Calculate Consumption, Material order quantity booking preparation of purchase orders.
∎ Maintain BOM, Create PO, calculate PN in SAP and work with Logistic for L/C. UD and others doc.
∎ Follow up shipment documents, check with warehouse Park IV in SAP system.
∎ Ensure quality communication with local and imported suppliers for any quality deviation.
∎ Coordinate with PPC/Production for day today work.
∎ Consumption and other related booking calculation.
∎ Sample, fabric and trims development followed by customer demand
∎ Ensure production and TNA samples follow up with factories and related suppliers.
∎ Monitor the entire process of order execution from development, order placement to delivery and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with suppliers & factories on day to day merchandising activities.
∎ Continuously update the fabrics, trims, print embroideries, technical data and process ideas for easy reference.
∎ Follow up TNA on a regular basis to ensure on time delivery with right quality and quantity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in Knit Merchandising.
∎ Working knowledge in material management.
∎ Skilled to maintain BOM.
∎ Knowledge on ASAH, USS and SAP.
∎ Good Knowledge in both Bulk and Development process
