Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IT Support Service and Network Engineering,Preferred Professional Certification: RHCSA, CCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BackOffice, Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions, CDBL Operations, Finance and Accounts Dept. of Brokerage House in Stock Market, Good Computer Knowledge, Total IT Solution
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, wireless, and other cloud based systems.
∎ Maintain & Monitor overall Brokerage Solution including Trading Network with DSE & Back Office Maintain & Configuring Server, Hardware, Web service, email system and different support of IT.
∎ Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions Maintain inventory for all hardware and software assets.
∎ Provide recommendations for product procurement, including working with vendors to determine proposed solutions and obtaining quotes.
∎ Communicate with ISP vendor for problem solving in between Branch Data connectivity & internet connection.
∎ Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Responsible for all the CDBL related system and software operations & work-related activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with the clients and help the business team to acquire new clients.
∎ Conduct daily share settlement i.e. pay in and pay out of share in CDBL system.
∎ Opening and closing of BO account and Demat of share in CDBL.
∎ Pledging, transfer & transmission of share in VeDas.
∎ Check over purchase of securities and other trading related compliances as per regulations.
∎ Update clients' buy/sell order books and daily securities reconciliation.
∎ Ensures timely collection of corporate announcements and subscription of IPO & right share.
∎ Collects the Confirmation Note (CN) from the panel brokers.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

∎ Problem solving and Analytical Skill,
∎ Strong Organizational Skills & Leadership Capabilities,
∎ Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
∎ Analytical mind-set and thorough knowledge of the capital market and related regulations of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission & DSE.
∎ Well conversant in KYC and Anti Money Laundering related rules and regulations.
