Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including trading, settlement, compliance, and technology
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to achieve the company's goals.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations.
∎ Ensure we meet all compliance and regulatory requirements (BSEC, DSE, CDBL & RJSC etc.).
∎ Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
∎ Identify and mitigate operational risks.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with the Managing Director and other executives to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
∎ Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all operational areas.
