Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
The incumbent should have at least 8 (Eight) years experience in any Top 30 Brokerage/ Securities House.
At least 3 years experience as Deputy Head or 2nd or 3rd position.
Candidates having experience with working in key business development positions of brokerage companies would be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the figurative head of the organization when communicating with stockholders, government entities and the general public.
Lead the development of the organization’s long- and short-term strategies.
Manage overall operations and make major decisions affecting the organization.
He/She will lead as Head of Brokerage House of the Company. The ideal candidate will assume overall responsibility at all operations of the brokerage business.
He/She will be expected to operate the business in compliance with the rules and procedures of the regulatory bodies of BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC, CDBL etc.
Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
