∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
∎ or Electrical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to technical support calls from end users and communicate about how to resolve issues.
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
∎ Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications
∎ Support the roll-out of new applications
∎ Perform additional tasks assigned by the upper management.
∎ Communicate with 3rd party service providers and ensure proper support.
∎ Manage and keep record of IT Asset inventory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experiences in procurement for project management and electronic.
∎ Sound knowledge in SAP.

Salary: Negotiable
