Job Context:
∎ This position is mainly responsible for ensuring IT support Services of the Suchana Field Offices in Sylhet & Moulvibazar. Responsibilities include, s/he will assist in maintaining local area network (LAN), provide PABX/IPPBX related Support, software installation & configuration in user`s computers and ensure email and user data backup. S/he will also ensure maintenance of hardware and software, troubleshooting of ICT systems and its equipment, provide technical and logistical support for meetings, seminar and interviews etc. S/he will also liaison with procurement and CO ICT team for maintenance of hardware, software, server, databases and other IT services and ensure regular/weekly data backup to the systems servers.
∎ Contract type: Up to 31 December, 2022
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 Years working experience in relevant field, Preferably in user level IT support
∎ Experience in independently managing ICT support in the large field/project offices
∎ Ability to solve any software and hardware related problem
∎ Excellent skills on troubleshooting of PC and network
∎ Customer focused attitude, maintain a good and professional relationship
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should have hard working capability
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Good computer operating skills on Internet, MS Office
