Job Purpose

This position ensures effective HR operations by conducting field-based recruitment, managing payroll accuracy, maintaining staff profiles, and handling final settlements. It also focuses on safeguarding of colleagues, ensuring HR compliance, and supporting HR policy implementation and routine activities for a portfolio 500-700 staff members.

Job Location: BRAC Field Offices (Dinajpur, Barishal, Faridpur, Sunamganj)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct recruitment and support talent assessment process in the field.

  • Perform background and reference checks in compliance with safer recruitment policies and procedures.

  • Maintain staff profiles in EDMS and ERP, and verify staff data and documents.

  • Prepare payroll, reconcile with previous data, and update monthly changes.

  • Organize and deliver HR policy orientation events.

  • Prepare final payment and maintain records of separation documents.

  • Facilitate PIP cases in alignment with established policies.

  • Ensure HR compliance in day-to-day activities and report MIS data

  • Provide routine HR support services related to PMS, income tax, well-being interventions, field visits, and incident reporting.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
