∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Communication skill, Compensation & Benefits, COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Core HR Knowledge, Factory HR Administration, Health and Safety, Human Resource Management, Labor Law, Leave Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the general HR & administrative issues in the factory.
∎ Assist to prepare office note, show cause letter, warning letter etc.
∎ Personal file management and keep record of necessary documents.
∎ Updates leave records as per company's policy.
∎ Preparing and updating all relevant registers as required by labour law.
∎ Supervision of good housekeeping in the factory.
∎ Preparing summery sheet of attendance, leave, bonus, allowances etc.
∎ Coordinating various events in the factory.
∎ Any other job assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
