Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Accounting / MBA, major in Finance/Management or relevant discipline. Professional: Chartered Accountant Course Completed (CACC) is desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant working experience, particularly in internal audit.
∎ Advance knowledge on accounting and financial management, also logistic and administrative management
∎ Sound knowledge of financial transactions analysis, excellent analytical skills
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Proven problem-solving skills in order to provide a range of practical solutions to operational challenges
∎ Excellent IT skills, including working with spreadsheets, word-processing, and presentation software, digital data collection tools, salesforce etc.
∎ Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadline while maintaining attention to detail
∎ Willingness to travel remote to location within short notice and will be responsible to mentor and coach the financial focal of local member NGOs.
