• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marine Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Marine Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Theoretical and/ or hands-on experience (sailing) in technical management of mother vessels.

• Maintain Daily reports, Noon reports & Operational activity of Ocean-going ships & report to HOD & T.S.I.

• Receive Vessel Requisition for spare parts, repair, servicing etc. & request for quotation from Local Vendors as well as from China & Singapore vendors.

• Collect quotations, negotiate with Vendor & prepare compression statement.

• Oversee Ships certificate files & check for validity and Annual, Periodical or Intermediate survey due dates and report to Tech. HOD Shipping.

• Monitor Vessels Annual Serving of safety radio, safety equipment, performance test of GMDSS equipment & arrange Ancillary certificates for Ships.

• Assist HOD in maintain & record keeping of Vessel Crew list, Confidential reports & manage relevant files of Manning agency.

• Record keeping of Off signing Crews, Salary & relevant records as required.

• Calculate Lay time & assist HOD in settlement of dispatch & Demurrage.

• Maintain Freight Invoice & Chartering related files as per instruction of HOD.

• Check & Confirm Bill of Lading and coordinate with Shipping Agent in issuing LOI.
