Job Context:

∎ Job Location: Barishal with 70% field visit
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of working experience specially in health/education/sponsorship program in national or international NGOs.
∎ Experience of promoting gender equality programming would be preferable.
∎ Excellent technical knowledge on Bangladesh Adolescent Development Issues and gender equality issues in rural contexts especially in Barisal context.
∎ Ability to assist in program planning and designing, provide technical support to field staff in performing their activities as per DIP.
∎ Sound skills in coordinating, facilitation of training/workshop/meetings, and community mobilization.
∎ Capacity to assist to develop monitoring tools and support in preparing plan for supervisory personnel and assist in orientation of staff on M&E.
∎ Ability to prepare documentation of program learning, reporting.
∎ Good computer operating skills, e.g. MS Office, using of internet etc.
