∎ Previous working experience with parents/caregiver and the community level will be given preference.
∎ Excellent planning and coordination skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills on English and Bangla
∎ Excellent in teamwork and networking
∎ Excellent in participatory monitoring and evaluation,
∎ Good analytical skill of data both qualitative and quantitative, report writing skill
∎ Good computer operating skills on MS word, Excel
