∎ The Opportunity - This position is mainly responsible for supporting in program planning, quality implementation of Catch-up Club innovation, capacity building support including program monitoring and evaluation under Shishuder Jonno program at Barishal & Gaibandha Impact Areas. This role is for providing field level technical and operational support, guided by Manager-Basic Education. Her/his primary responsibility is to supervise CuC Coaches and CLFs/CLIFs physically, in coordination with field-based education and partner colleagues, School Management Committees, Parent Teacher Associations, community groups and school authorities. S/he will assist Manager and Technical Specialists with organising training, meetings, workshops, documentation and input to strategic planning and implementation. This role demonstrates quality monitoring of CuCs and provides support with reporting and learning capturing. This position will be responsible to assist for planning and delivering overall CuC related materials development, print rich classroom and capacity strengthening initiatives for project relevant colleagues, implementing partner staffs. Moreover, regular follow up, supportive supervision and assisting in operational research for process & video documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of experiences in the field of primary education/non-formal/pre-primary education as of technical officer/ position.
∎ Have sound knowledge on training, learning materials development, planning, social inclusion, child protection, facilitation skill and report writing skills (both Bangla & English).
∎ Capacity development, computer, communication (English & Bangla) both oral and written.
∎ Good Communication skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package, using of internet
∎ Willingness and ability to travel to the field areas
