Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Environmental Science, or any relevant discipline.
4 to 7 years of experience in RMG traceability.
Prior exposure to Inditex audits is mandatory.
Working knowledge of woven, knit, or denim product lines is preferred.
Solid understanding of Inditex traceability requirements and chain-of-custody (CoC) processes.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data validation techniques.
Good command of English (spoken & written).
Capable of handling external and internal stakeholders with integrity.
Willingness to travel to factory or supplier locations as needed
We are a renowned and diversified group of companies engaged in 100% export-oriented garment manufacturing (Woven/Knit/Denim). We are currently looking for a competent and self-driven professional for the position of Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Transability Audit (Inditex) to support our sustainability and compliance team in meeting global buyer standards, especially Inditex.
Conduct and manage Inditex Transability Audits in alignment with Group sustainability and supply chain protocols.
Ensure complete traceability of materials, trims, and production processes from raw material sourcing to final garment delivery, across Tier 1, 2, and 3.
Collect and verify transactional evidence (e.g. PO, invoice, delivery challan, subcontracting documents) and supplier declarations in accordance with Inditex guidelines.
Liaise with internal departments (sourcing, production, merchandising, compliance) and external suppliers to maintain robust traceability documentation.
Identify gaps in traceability and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as per Inditex audit findings.
Assist during buyer visits or third-party audits and provide all necessary documentation.
Build awareness and train factory teams and subcontractors on traceability protocols, Inditex SOPs, and zero-tolerance issues.
Maintain updated records of audit results, supplier data, certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, etc.), and reporting for management review.
Monitor and support risk-based supplier evaluation and ethical sourcing control systems.
