∎ M.Com or MA or MBA in any Discipline (NB: Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee Company's Admin and HR related Issues;
∎ To assist Supervisor and pursue all Admin and HR related Issues, Responsibilities and Works;
∎ Handle Feedback, Requests & Queries from any Stakeholder of the Company quickly and professionally;
∎ To prepare contract for all Service Providers and Vendors;
∎ To get engaged in Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Processes and Workplace Investigations;
∎ To maintain Attendance & Leave data;
∎ To maintain liaison with other departments and solve internal workforce issues;
∎ To deal matters related to Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law;
∎ To carryout necessary paper works in the office for Record Keeping, Correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of report & returns;
∎ To assist Accounts Department against Payment of all bills and Utility dues like Telephone, Mobile, Internet, Electricity, Water, Gas, Postal, Stationery item, Photocopy, Document Mailing, Client Entertainment etc. and maintain proper records thereof;
∎ To Undertake routine visits to the company site/s to ensure good Housekeeping and Maintenance of Hygiene;
∎ To Ensure overall security system of Head Office and all Sites of the Company and getting weekly confidential report from unit security I/C for onward discussion with the management regarding loophole if any;
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate;
∎ To become an active member of ISO9001:2015, C-TPAT, GSV implementation team;
∎ To implement effective Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing Techniques;
∎ To ensure smooth processing of Job Offer Letter, Placement, Legal Compliance, Code of Conduct, Confirmation, Transfer and Promotion;
∎ To ensure Job Description for every employee position is up-to-date and accurate;
∎ To open and maintain personal file of all personnel of the organization;
∎ To Coordinate and Conduct Training (both 'On-the-Job' & 'Off-the-Job') - & Awareness program as well as to counsel & motivate employees;
∎ To assist in conducting Performance Appraisal and other key tools to ensure that all in-house & external Rules and Regulations are adhered to;
∎ To assist in Termination process;
∎ To perform duties as & when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 38 years
∎ Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point applications, E-mail, Internet/Online browsing;
∎ Have good knowledge in drafting Bengali & English both;
∎ Willing to travel across country;
∎ Written and Verbal Communication.
