Experience:
B. Sc./M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering;
A professional with more than 08 years of experience in related field;
Experience in designing & drawing using AutoCAD;
Must be able to handle computer efficiently & good typing speed (English & Bengali) with sound operational knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point applications, E-mail, Internet/Online browsing;
Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent;
The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s):
Rerolling Mill, Cement, Marine, Power, Glass, Jute mills;
Willing to travel across country.
Job Description/ Duties & Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives;
Search new market and develop new customer for selling spare parts of machineries of different industries;
Create and promote a good company culture and vision in order to attract the potential customers and accomplish the organizational mission;
Collaborate with Higher Management in setting Sales forecasting and introducing tactical initiatives to increase sales and accomplish sales target & develop new spectrum of market;
Set strategy into actionable steps for business growth, implement organization-wide goal setting, lead and coach the Sales team and performance management of the team members;
Write and submit reports to the Higher Management in all matters as & when required;
Build and maintain a trustworthy relationship with the Customers, Clients, Business Partners, Stakeholders etc.;
Visit potential customers regularly and gather customer requirements with engineering specifications;
Coordinate with the team members and update the management;
Develop sales/marketing strategy and action for project/product businesses;
Maintain and develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, phone;
Create new market and develop customer base to increase sales volume;
Prepare Price Quotation & Final Offer Submission;
Work with energetic sales team and follow the instruction of top management;
Liaise with the customers and other engineering and production colleagues;
Prepare daily / weekly/ Monthly report and submit to the concerned authority on a regular basis;
Take overall responsibility for developing & achieving the annual sales target of the organization;
Implement sales and product development programs;
Orientation toward existing and new markets and accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and implement sales plans;
Prepare & submit daily activities report and visit plans to the Management;
Perform any other duties as & when assigned by the management.
