∎ Handling and resolving IT support calls (both software or hardware), installing and deploying new software and hardware, upgrading and troubleshooting when necessary for IDCOL Head Office (HO) and Regional Offices (RO);
∎ Managing printer, photocopy machine, scanner, projector, interactive flat panel, toner etc. of HO and RO;
∎ Configuring desktop/laptop computer, IP phone, printer, email etc. for new joiners;
∎ Contacting vendor for repair and maintenance of IT equipment;
∎ Managing power backup, air conditioner etc. of IDCOL data center;
∎ Setting up and providing support for audio/video conferencing;
∎ Repairing desktop and laptop computers;
∎ Working as a team member and providing adequate support to other IT officials; and
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor and senior IT officials.
