Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE/ Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, EEE, ETE.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with clients to find out the nature of the technical or IT issue.
∎ Responding to customer calls and technical support tickets.
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and /or improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Configuration and maintenance of network and security devices (Router, Switch, Firewall, Server) and ensuring maximum network efficiency and security
∎ Monitoring and analyzing network logs, data, and history to find the root cause for any kind of network faults and security loopholes.
∎ Design and troubleshoot any sort of network and service issue for enterprise clients.
∎ Regular follow-up with clients by means of mail, phone, and physical visit for extended technical support.
∎ Respond immediately to any critical issue of the client and resolve the issue within the shortest possible time and track the updated resolution for any issue, which has been provided to clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to perform roster duty.
∎ Strong knowledge of internet protocol (TCP/IP, OSI Layer)
∎ Having good experience in handling Data Center & Network devices.
∎ Hands-on deployment experience with security devices on Cisco Firewall, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortinet Firewall, and Juniper Firewall as well as Routers, and Switches.
∎ Hands-on experience on Cisco Wireless Solutions, Cisco IOS & Nexus, Router, and Switches.
∎ Clear concept of different routing and switching protocols.
∎ Experience on Non-MPLS, MPLS VPN (L2 and L3), GRE, IPsec, L2TP VPN tunneling protocol.
∎ Able to handle devices like DHCP servers, and DNS servers.
∎ Having a basic understanding of Windows & Linux OS, file systems.
∎ Having a basic understanding of the E-mail system.
