Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 36 years
Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain effective client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Excel & QuickBooks.
Sound knowledge of VDS & TDS regulations.
Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to streamline billing and payment processes.
Process invoices efficiently using financial software.
Manage and collect payments via online transfers and cheques.
Ensure all collection entries are accurately recorded in the Billing/Accounting software.
Prepare and analyze daily Sales, Billing, and Collection reports.
Collect and manage essential financial documents such as VDS and TDS certificates.
Reconcile customer ledgers and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
