∎ B.Sc Engineering in Textile from the Recognized University / Apparel University will get preference.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Sweater Merchandising
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant must have sound knowledge of Sweater Industry.
∎ Must be communicative with buyers and fulfill buyers needs on every aspect.
∎ Supervision the costing and pricing of the products and negotiate with the buyers to reach the final prices.
∎ Manage multiple projects, monitor and allocate appropriate resources to various accounts.
∎ Scheduling of activities and doing proper T&A plan with the other departments.
∎ Have a clear view of the daily operations and workload within the team and ensure workflow routines are followed. Provide training and support to team member(s) as and when needed to overcome any challenges
∎ Ensure that seasonal capacity planning and capacity development is aligned with long term action plans
∎ Manage all the required deliverables and share with Concerned/Buyer including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, yarns etc. Experienced to understand tech pack / technical sheets & customer requirements. Work closely with production / Quality / Packing department and follow up figures on a daily basis to meet final shipment on time
∎ Deal with non-supplied, damaged goods, under and over orders & review inventories, quality and order as required
∎ Set and coordinate Team's goal and ensure they are aligned with the supply chain goals
∎ Check purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets
∎ Must be able to handle all sorts of communication with all the stakes individually
∎ Strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time
∎ Follow up with commercial team on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment
∎ Source Yarns & Accessories locally & from abroad. Also must have good knowledge about all kind of Yarns & accessories
∎ Maintain all kinds of reports as required and share them with the management on a regular basis
∎ Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations
∎ Be a good role model and work on building good working environment
∎ Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have good knowledge on US Market and Customers
∎ Ability to work under pressure with taking self-responsibility
∎ Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail.
∎ Must have good knowledge to speak & writing in English and also should have good practice to speak with overseas customer as well.
