Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 to 4 years experience in same position

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely fabric booking, accessories booking and on-time in- housing as per Cutting, Sewing and finishing plan
∎ Prepare T&A (Time & Action Plan) as per SOP of the organization and ensure production follow-up from order procurement until shipment.
∎ Work closely with Fabrics, Production & Planning Dept to ensure smooth supply chain of fabric, trims, print, AOP, embellishment and timely production and final inspection/ delivery
∎ Maintain weekly progress reports with up to date information on all orders & outstanding issues. Proactively inform head of merchandising on any exceptions.
∎ Work closely with production, quality control /QA Team to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage and ensure best final product.
∎ Handle sample development and approval process efficiently to the satisfaction of the buyers
∎ Preparation and follow up of time action plan to confirm in time delivery of raw materials to the production unit to keep a pace with the production plan in each unit and each line
∎ Communicate and follow up with suppliers for raw materials, trims, space bookings to ensure on time delivery.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product consumption, costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ Liaison with Commercial department about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities and updates buyer
∎ Mitigates any issues (order quantities, change of shipment date, complaints and claims) raised by the buyer(s)/ buying office(s)
∎ Ensure Order to order follow up - Fit Sample, Lab Dip, PP Sample, Photo Sample, Shipping Sample, Test Sample.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to communicate effectively
∎ Advanced Knowledge in Excel
∎ Be a good team member
∎ Interpersonal Skills
∎ Depth knowledge and practical experience on calculation of costing, budget and fabrics booking sheet, BOM sheet.
∎ Able to maintain Time & Action (T&A) plan.
∎ Must be good in English speaking & writing.
∎ Candidates must be proactive and creative in order to formulate/ implement efficient & effective business techniques
∎ Must be highly energetic, enthusiastic, hard-working, motivated and able to perform under pressure in order to accept this challenging position.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
