Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing production related all activities of a production unit of 5 Line (140 Machine) of the Garments factory effectively & Efficiently.
∎ The ideal candidate have to ensure timely production of knit garments as per production planning & shipping plan with due consideration of quality.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Planning and effective utilization of resources like manpower, materials, machines
∎ Includes other responsibilities related to Production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which 3 years in Manager Position.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills
∎ Effective communication & coordination skills with related departments
∎ Should be self-motivated, hard working, sincere & ready to work under stress
