Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 2 to 4 years experience in same position

Job Context:
∎ Order obtained need to have minimum CM Standard Levels.
∎ Coordination with Factory Team And Buyers.
∎ Supply chain is monitored order wise and ensure no gap in production lines
∎ Ensuring the on-time shipment with buyer`s desired quality and without short quantity

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a good connection with renowned customers - local Buying agents & Overseas Buyers - to run the business independently in fulfillment of prevailing factory capacity.
∎ Must have the capacity to onboard new buyers and expand business in New Market locations/countries.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to expand the business to increase sales.
∎ Must be good at using marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attention.
∎ To achieve the monthly target.
∎ Capable of generating and delivering of at least 3 Lakhs PCS business worth over 10 Lakhs US$ in Value
∎ Weekly CPM (Critical path management)and T & A ( Time And Action) Review with Team Member
∎ The candidate should have good knowledge of speaking in English and must be good at e-mail communication.
∎ Assist in negotiating price, commercial agreement terms, and conditions.
∎ Must follow-up merchandising activities & lead the team accordingly.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on all ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Monitoring Knitting and dyeing sub-contracting factories for ensuring regular and consistent.
∎ Any other assignment provided by the top management.
∎ Setting up short term and long term marketing goals in terms of quantity and profitability which will be vetted by the management. Then recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
