∎ Age 28 to 38 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge of the fashion supply chain in Bangladesh and international Fashion Brands.
∎ Technically understanding of fabrics, garments, costing and production processes in the fashion industry.
∎ Able to manage different accounts and suppliers.
∎ Tracking of samples by client.
∎ Regional responsible for client developments.
∎ Provide support to Recover™ accounts by documenting and monitoring developments using company tools, such as CRM and Excel.
∎ Responsible for samples and development information is documented on time.
∎ Represent the company on external communication with suppliers and clients. Business skills, excellent communication in English.
∎ Acquiring information needed for development management.
∎ Provide internal communication to bridge information from client to production.
∎ Teamwork with the Tech Solutions department to streamline communication and information transfer between departments.
∎ Sample follow up and synergies with Tech Team.
∎ Teamwork with the Quality department to ensure best final product and claim management.
∎ Solution oriented mindset, ability to propose solutions to challenges and special focus on solving challenges with clients and supply chain, with the objective of carrying out each client's project successfully.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Control and monitoring of the developments carried out with Recover fibers in different suppliers.
∎ Generate commercial relationships with the different players who use Recover™, suppliers and fashion brands.
∎ Regular on-site visits to Brand and Retailer offices, locally in Bangladesh.
∎ Customer visits, regular virtual engagements as needed to build and maintain strong customer engagement.
∎ Preparation of a concise weekly update report using the company format, CRM and Excel, detailing weekly customer developments, insights, success, and identification of challenges to overcome.
∎ Regular communication, as required with the Global CPD Teams·
∎ Participation in Commercial Calls.
∎ Development of deep customer collaboration and promotion of Recover™ as a high quality, low sustainable impact ingredient.
