∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be a good role model and work on building good working environment.
∎ Efficiently provides all kinds of support from receiving order to final shipment of the order.
∎ Support Buyer and Supplier to take more initiative to solve problem by sharing information with team leader.
∎ To strive for constant improvement regarding price, quality and lead time. To be creative.
∎ Work closely with Production team, merchandising manager, assistants and QC department.
∎ Passing clear, accurate and timely information to related all.
∎ Ensure that production takes place in agreed unit.
∎ To ensure all required submission as per Buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Fabrics, and Trims etc.
∎ Work closely with sample section & Design team for making samples properly
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers quality & AQL.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.
∎ Follow up with commercial team on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment.
∎ Source fabrics & Accessories from locally & abroad
∎ Handle all Merchandising issues independently starting from query to shipment.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years practical experience as a Sr. Merchandiser/ Merchandiser in 100% Export Oriented factory (knit/woven).
∎ Strong Computer skills. (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator CS, and good command in Mailing).
∎ Self-motivated, Self-organized, and Responsible.
∎ Good command on English (Spoken and Written).
∎ Negotiation skill and Market Information.
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Must have Vast Knowledge about knit Garments Merchandising.
∎ Must have experience to handle buyer/ buying house independently
∎ Must have good skill of mail corresponding directly.
∎ Must have good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
∎ Must have knowledge of Product development.
∎ Must have idea about all knitting process, printing, embroidery and wash.
∎ Have vast knowledge about pricing & have experiences about production, management, shipment inspection and follow up and maintenance of quality issues.
∎ Should be transparent, ethical and always act on behalf of company in the daily work routines and in Business relations.
