Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspondence with the buying team and Suppliers.
∎ Correspond and answer queries of international clients effetely and independently.
∎ Make proper costing
∎ Negotiate with buyer regarding prices.
∎ Development of fabrics, samples and accessories.
∎ Coordinate & Plan with fabrication, Procurement & Product development.
∎ Follow up time and action plan.
∎ Update information of customers' orders.
∎ Making shipment record, purchase orders & Buyer records.
∎ Thoroughly check the LC opened by buyer as per contact.
∎ Responsible to in-house all production material according to T&A.
∎ Monitoring production and shipment plan.
∎ Coordinate closely with commercial and logistics dept for scheduling and booking shipment to ensure the on time and smooth goods delivery.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Conversant with MS office package and ERP.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival bonus and others allowance as per company policy.
