ACI Foods requires a strategic leader to drive enterprise planning and performance management by translating corporate strategy into clear goals and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Factory Operations. The position oversees enterprise KPI governance, annual business planning and budgeting, and the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand, supply, and financial plans while optimizing inventory, production, and working capital. The role also focuses on scenario planning, financial modeling, and data-driven insights to support growth initiatives, market expansion, and major investment decisions. In addition, the role leads the PMO and people agenda, ensuring on-time project delivery and developing a high-performing team of business analysts.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic and horizon planning, translating corporate strategy into clear goals and KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Factory Operations, and tracking execution risks.
Govern enterprise KPIs by standardizing metrics, maintaining performance dashboards, and leading quarterly and annual strategic reviews with functional heads.
Own the Annual Business Planning and budgeting process, aligning top-down financial targets with bottom-up operational capacity and market potential.
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to integrate sales, operations, and financial plans and optimize inventory, production, and working capital.
Drive scenario planning and financial modeling to assess risks and feasibility for new products, market expansion, and major investments.
Provide data-driven strategic insights through executive scorecards, market and competitor intelligence, and growth or M&A evaluations.
Lead the PMO and people agenda by enabling OTIF project delivery and coaching a team of business analysts.
