Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise day to day processing/delivery of export trade services products related to the team with the primary purpose of meeting service standards and maximizing productivity of the team
∎ Ensure compliance of all internal procedures and operational controls
∎ Assist other unit managers in implementing changes to internal standards and procedures in line with development in the business
∎ Achievement of maximum productivity if the team
∎ Maintenance of banks reputation as an expert trade services bank
∎ Risk management
∎ Review process flows and install appropriate automation as a continuous drive
∎ Protect both customer and bank interest
∎ Resolving issues with high level of competencies
∎ Authorizing transactions based on merit and their impact
∎ Support business growth and work closely with internal stakeholders
∎ Rethink international trade to shape up with random challenges

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience in a Bank or Financial Institution and preferably dealing in Trade Finance activities.
∎ Any kinds of professional certification in trade operations will have added advantage
∎ Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word & Power Point etc.)
∎ Good communication skill (both written & verbal)
∎ Excellent inter-personal relationship
∎ Analytical and decision making skill
