Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of Software Engineers in the creation of high quality software within agreed project deadlines.
∎ Determine technical direction, system design, development and implementation of software solutions to cater business needs.
∎ Define all aspects of software development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards and ensure that development standards, policies and procedures are adhered to.
∎ Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, performance, maintainability and extensibility.
∎ Define project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
∎ Accountable for resource requirement planning and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
∎ Prepare comprehensive project plans with the key milestones and deliverables and take approval of management to proceed.
∎ Coordinate internal resources and clients for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Monitor project progress with the plan, and adjust plan as required.
∎ Keep stakeholders informed about any changes in project.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Manage healthy professional relation with the client and all team members.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Establish and maintain relationship with clients.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation secure repository.
∎ Attend daily/weekly meetings with clients to share plan and status of the project
∎ Demonstrate progress with all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies & processes to ensure the highest quality production platform
∎ Secure management’s approval of all final programs and products before the formal launch.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient at Microsoft Technologies like C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, Microsoft Azure and hands-on experiences on MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, JavaScript, SOA, AWS, Microservices pattern, DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), Github, Python, PHP, REST services.
∎ Proven experience of leading a team of software Engineers including performance, development and disciplinary issues.
