Job Context:
∎ Must have practical experience in leading a sales Admin team for at lease 5 years.
∎ We are looking for a Business to Business packaging company sales admin head
∎ Will report to MD / CEO directly.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure implementation of job descriptions, SOP, duties of sales teams.
∎ To monitor and ensure sales team members’ routine activities of sales such as customers’ visits, tours, outdoor, etc.
∎ To approve and monitor attendance such as leave status, late attendance, etc. of all sales executives.
∎ Strong attention to detail cross-checking the expenses such as entertainment, convenience, fuel bills or any others expenses claims of the sales team.
∎ Prepare weekly /monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales forecast reports.
∎ To analyze product-wise weekly / monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales order achievement and target through proper monitoring.
∎ Ensure standard SO are created as per process considering credit limit exceed, pending delivery, previous order quantity, etc.
∎ To monitor the accuracy of orders and delivery time.
∎ To ensure company products market demand and price are accurate.
∎ To ensure delivery of all products to customers as per SO within time.
∎ To monitor proper pricing of sales order and keep it update with finance and return as per SOP.
∎ To maintain up-to-date customers information and database.
∎ Keeping up-to-date commercial agreements and trade terms database.
∎ To support the sales team for process improvement, measurement, and analysis.
∎ To ensure sales productivity by simplifying processes and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
∎ Check & prepare reports on the pending sales order and follow-up sales team.
∎ To assist in the onboarding of new customers, documents development, etc.
∎ Daily meeting organization and meeting minute taking, and action tracking /follow-up sales team.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments like Accounts, Credit Control, Supply Chain, IT & MIS, Procurements, Products and Factory Heads for all sales-related issues.
∎ To assist in marketing creative ideas and activities.
∎ Assist with Adhoc duties necessary to assist the smooth running of the company.
∎ another job as and when assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role.
∎ Strong sales administrative skills with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Strong computer skills with the ability to create spreadsheets, employ formulas, graphs, and charts. Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to perform without delay and in a fast-paced environment.
∎ To strong ability to take sales grievances or challenges.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
∎ Willingness to work additional hours as approved by management and needed.
