Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in Social Science, Statistics, Business Administration or any other relevant subjects.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely work with Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme’s operation team and advocacy team to identify research and evaluation needs. Develop annual research and evaluation objectives which can be translated into action plans.
∎ Take lead on conducting all the operational research (Both qualitative and quantitative in nature) for the programme. This task involves research design, enumerator team hiring, data collection, data analysis and report preparation.
∎ Commissioning research and evaluation work to third parties when required, and to manage this relationship with such organisations or academic departments to ensure that the work meets a set of pre-agreed objectives.
∎ Provide technical assistance regarding research design and evaluation to other UPG programme implemented by BRAC international.
∎ Lead the production of competitive proposals for external research and evaluation projects.
∎ Manage partnership and coordination with BIGD and other research organisations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in research design and research project management.
∎ Coordinate with different units within the programme.
∎ Have knowledge on research methodology, survey planning, questionnaire design, quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques.
∎ Independently operationalise and manage different research projects.
