Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Simplifications / standardize and methods implementations to save the cost and manpower.
∎ Handling Risk analysis / Product screening meetings to get smooth productions.
∎ All Quality / Technical and productions related concern and collective decision making.
∎ Monitoring shrinkage adding / Pattern Grouping.
∎ Well knowledgeable and practical handling in all the sewing machine.
∎ Handling and well aware about Woven / Knit fabrications with all types of garments product.
∎ Provide the Technical Assistance to the Factory personal.
∎ Pattern Corrections / Balancing / adjustment according to the Fit model.
∎ Monitoring fabric and accessories Inspection.
∎ Monitoring Inline / pre-final and final inspection.
∎ Well knowledgeable shrinkage grouping and fabric inspection by 4-point system.

Salary: Negotiable
