Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain, including transportation, distribution, customs clearing, warehouse management, and stock management of which 3 years in management position.
∎ Experience in procurement management in emergency response highly desirable.
∎ Knowledge in implementation of Procurement and Supply Chain system e.g. Source to Pay, SAP etc.
∎ Ability to coordinate with regional office.
∎ Experience in the distribution of both food and non-food items.
∎ Experience in building and developing the capacity of Procurement staff through training, performance management, and development plans.
∎ Sound knowledge on procurement of international standards and compliance.
∎ Excellent English language communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ Expertise using in MS Office, Supply Chain software and internet applications.
∎ Ability to work in high stress situations such as emergency response
