∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ or Post Graduation degree in any business study from a reputed university;
∎ PGD in HRM and having any long course or certification in PMS using KPI as tools would be given extra preference.
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Performance Management System, Training & Development
∎ Review and updating the documents like departmental Organogram, Objectives, SOP, JDs, Challenging KRAs and KPIs etc.;
∎ Awareness sessions for KPI implementation, monitoring policy, procedure, tools etc. for corporate office and all factory management employees;
∎ Technical session with section/department head regarding KPI implementation, use, monitoring and feedback procedure;
∎ Workshop with KPI Project Team for their role & responsibility;
∎ Work for KPI development for different sections/departments;
∎ Discussion and taking necessary action with function Heads for finalizing individual KPIs against quarterly Goal;
∎ Design Reward Policy after KPI achievement and result;
∎ Review KPI Achievement at different quarters;
∎ Design, re-design/modify, identify and finalize the KPI tool / format;
∎ Taking initiatives to carry out peoples training and development, the training plan and the preparation of budgets amount for the Corporate Office executives and staffs;
∎ Maintain contact with professional training and development houses and companies, offices and visit in various private agencies on an on-going basis;
∎ Coordinate with the BU's Head of HR and HR Managers for standardization of the practices and procedures as regards to the above and provide integrated services and expert advices as appropriate;
∎ Prepare yearly training calendar and co-ordinate with Head of Group HR for peoples training & development initiatives based on TNA, training budgets for all Business Units;
∎ Complete proper after training evaluation and find out ROI from the particular training session;
∎ Besides, directly assisting Head of Group HR for various issues and strategies, policy preparations to achieve departmental objectives;
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ At least 10 year(s) and 3 years in manager or senior managerial position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Performance Management System / Training & Development/ General HR Practices / Legal & Compliance, etc.
∎ An in-depth knowledge & Skills on KPI based Performance Measure under Performance Management System;
∎ Understanding KPI Terminology/SMART Objectives/KPI Lifecycle;
∎ Understanding KPI Typology & Taxonomy;
∎ Understanding KPI form design, process and its function;
∎ Understanding of KPI selection and alignment;
∎ Understanding and working experience with Targets setting process and challenge;
∎ Understanding Data gathering and visualization;
∎ Knowledge on RMG business issues and challenges would be an added advantage;
∎ Knowledge on individual career mapping and development;
∎ More than 6 years' experience in PMS and Training and Learning activities;
∎ Have strong passion to develop skills, expertise and competency in measuring employees overall job performance and development;
∎ Knowledge on HR Analytics and HR Accounting for Head of Group HR;
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law - 2006;
∎ Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Package, particularly expert on excel);
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both in English and Bangla.
∎ Attention to detail & accuracy.
