∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of cutting management in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good communication skills;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationships;
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning to be collected in accordance with the size breakdown, trim card, pattern, and sample;
∎ Pre-plan for size set/ Pilot run cutting;
∎ Ensure plan efficiency has been achieved;
∎ Ensure cutting production KPI has been achieved (Cutting Efficiency %, Marker Efficiency %, Fabric Utilization %, Cutting Table Utilization %);
∎ Ensure target according to the daily cutting plan;
∎ Ensure fabric utilization has been achieved;
∎ Ensure no shortcutting and achieve minimum cutting requirements;
∎ Shipment schedule to be checked in accordance with the input;
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine, and material in the cutting section;
∎ Follow compliance activities in the cutting section to ensure zero NC;
∎ Keeping records ready always of shrinkage & shade reports, daily basis cutting & input plan reports, fabric requirement reports, swatch card & Style wise cutting consumption reports;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy environment at the work site;
∎ Any other job assigned by management.
