∎ BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Operations Division:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & supervise the New Acquisition Team for completion of all tasks (related to Cards & Card Cheque) within SLA.
∎ Develop internal policy, process, and strategic decisions and follow up the implementation & timely review.
∎ Manage projects and drive Process Reengineering & Automation initiatives.
∎ Liaise with Internal & External stakeholders. Communicate with channels & stakeholders to devise ways of enhanced customer experience and resolving customer complaints/issues.
∎ Manage audits, ensure compliance and timely submission of Regulatory Reporting.
∎ Monitor and keep records of proper performance evaluation.
∎ Maintain safe & healthy work environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 years of similar experience in a Bank preferably in Cards Operations.
∎ Clear concepts about Cards, Payment systems & schemes, Core systems, Local Regulations are a must.
∎ Analytical, leadership & decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communications skills.
∎ Excellent knowledge about Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable to motivate others.
