Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Woven Label unit including design, Jacquard Loom operation and Laser & Ultrasonic Cutting sections.
∎ Planning of daily production and Customer service
∎ Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of Woven label unit of Accessories factory
∎ Design of woven label compatible with Jacquard Loom Machine
∎ Forecast sourcing budget, analyze order placements and ensure consistent growth of business for the company
∎ Capacity planning with vendors as per business forecast & develop right vendor matrix for the business
∎ Be aware of risk factors that may arise time to time and impact the production, suggest effective alternative solutions to ensure to on time delivery without incurring additional cost
∎ Set goals, targets for the team and ensure met the target efficiently
∎ Follow up with vendors, suppliers and coordinate among cross functional teams for handling the order execution smoothly
∎ Always response quickly with appropriate feedback and resolve issues quickly with alternative options if require.
∎ Ensure smooth execution to maintain on time delivery with right quality and quantity
∎ Best sample development to deliver clients without any amendment
∎ Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management
