Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 Years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure market coverage by signing new merchants, regularly maintain proper liaison with existing Top Business partners & special partners
∎ Leading Merchant Acquiring team of Physical/Point of Sale (POS), Online/Ecommerce (Card Not Present)/Gateways and Strategic Alliance
∎ Developing and executing strategy to capture global & local retail merchant targeting areas where clients are doing business today and more importantly, where they will do business in the future (i.e. online/gateway, etc.).
∎ Identifying, performing due diligence and negotiating partnerships with partners to extend/enhance Merchant Commerce offering including (but not limited to): Physical/Point of Sale (POS) and Online/Ecommerce (Card Not Present)/Gateways
∎ Development of the technology and services that support retailer/merchant objectives of multiple payment options, technical flexibility and alignment with client rewards and other value added retailer programs
∎ Managing strategic alliances (Discount/Cashback/Reward Redemption,/Equal Monthly Installment, Recurring Payments etc) with Merchants for online and offline offers to drive campaigns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years Sales experience preferably in Banks or Financial Institutes
∎ Target oriented and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Excellent negotiation & selling skills
