  • Age At most 35 years
  • In Banks/NBFIs: Minimum 04 (Four) years in Banks/NBFIs, which are growing faster in SME.

  • In mortgage/secured loan/housing loan/revolving loan will be given preference.

  • Last 02 (Two) years grading of the candidate by the employer at least in the 2nd top grading.

  • Strong analytical skills in credit assessment and customer service experience.

  • In-depth knowledge in Bangladesh Bank guidelines and relevant Credit Policy.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and grow the existing SME portfolio of the branch. Acquire new SME business to meet target. Maintain a target-driven approach to achieve business goals

  • Assist in processing and analyzing credit proposal in compliance with the Bangladesh Bank’s Credit Policy and Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

  • Conducts financial analysis, risk assessment and due diligence on prospective and existing borrowers.

  • Prepare credit proposal, collect necessary documents from customers.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery. Engage with clients to ensure business retention and satisfaction.

  • Monitor borrower accounts, repayment performance and ensure early identification of potential risks.

  • Liaise with concerned division of Head Office.

  • Monitoring portfolio, necessary reporting assign by supervisor and maintenance of credit files for audit and compliance purpose.

  • Coordinate with Recovery Team, Risk Management and Legal Divisions in case of special monitoring.

  • Executing any other duties as and when assigned by the authority.
