Experience:
Check discrepancy document and ensure proper validation of incomplete file after receiving the documents.
Monitor queries to be resolved with proper solution within TAT of the complaint.Maintain custodian process for vault for secure instrument.
Customer and Contract information checking and Validation as per source document.
Ensure call verification for supplementary application referred by Source.Split card application limit Checking.
Check Application and return to C&C & branch if discrepancy found.Maintain MIS and Register for UDC.
Validate batch data of GiftCard Creation.Validate OTP and SMS Tagging Batch for NTB Customer.
Supervise operational activities of daily NTB card creation ensure executed as per policy manual, SLA & SOP.
Establish strategy to improve self-development, arrange employee training for development for sustainable team performance.
Coordination with relevant department/unit to ensure on time services for Customer Creation, Contract Creation, and Discrepancy etc.
Ensure satisfactory score with respect to all audit (ICCD /BB/PS/PCIDSS/ISO/ OCSQ etc) of the unit.
Ensure operational risk are identified and escalated to Unit Head to mitigate future risk.
