Responsibilities & Context:
The primary job role of Card Ambassador is to provide Debit card & Credit card related services to the customers. The incumbent needs to handle all customer queries, requests, complains and disputes patiently and appropriately according to policy.
The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in Bank Branches and Centers.
Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Bank`s earnings.
Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.
