Responsibilities & Context:

This role is responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally in line with business objective within timely and effective manner.

  • Work closely with recruitment Manager to maximize effectiveness of recruitment process.

  • Contribute in executing recruitment plans in line with line function and keep constant follow up to speed up the recruitment process.

  • Assist Recruitment Manager for screening CV based on selection criteria, arrange assessment test venue and logistics, notify candidate about the selection test and prepare related document to initiate the process.

  • Prepare appointment letter, employment health checkup; communicate and hand over appointment letter to successful candidate.

  • Ensure confirmation of on boarding facilities with line functions and follow up with the candidates till on-boarding.

  • Maintain records of each & every stage of recruitment process, preserve all assessment related documents of individual candidates and ensure compliant recruitment process as per policy and guideline.
