Job Context:
∎ must have 10-12 years experience in handling and leading a merchandising team, in a reputed buying office and/or factory sourcing or producing woven tops ( shirts/blouses ) .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ i)should have required knowledge and experience in handling customers for woven tops ,in Europe ,U.s and Canada in particular and worked with leading retailers and brands operating in these countries .experience of having worked with customers in Australia and new Zealand will add value
∎ ii)candidate must be well conversant with all aspects of order handling ,viz, raw material sourcing, (both fabric & trims ), logistic supply chain, testing norms and parameters, quality control guidelines and competitive costing mechanisms and washing and wash techniques
∎ iii)oversee, monitor and ensure timely approval of l/dips, trims, respective sample types, create TAC and coordinate with planning team to achieve stipulated delivery deadlines of customer.
