Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Statistics/ Applied Statistics/ Population Science or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Contract length: Regular
∎ Job Location: Dhaka based with at least 40% field visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 years' relevant experience including 03 years in senior management position.
∎ Proven track record [4 years] of developing, implementing, and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector/larger program level
∎ Proven ability to set indicators and develop MEAL plan, reporting and recording formats, Research and Evaluation Design.
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes
∎ Ensure systematic capacity development supports (such as: training, orientation, on the job coaching and other appropriate methods etc.) to the program and partners' staff
∎ Provide continuous technical assistance and guidance to the partner NGOs in order to ensure effective implementation of the M&E system and plan.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skill both in Bangla & English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, including SPSS, Nvivo/Atlast.ti and formative research
∎ Knowledge and experience in ethical Independent Review Board approved studies and behavioral change strategies a plus.
