∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textiles
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knitting Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring inside and outside production according to plan.
∎ Ensure on time delivery according to production start and end reliability as per TNA.
∎ Check & verify knitting parameter in knitting program sheet.
∎ Ensure on time order closing as per plan from outside and Inside.
∎ Coordinate with subcon party for production and quality issue.
∎ Root cause analysis for failure (production, hit rate%, Quality and CPA) in knitting and take corrective action.
∎ Conduct fabric risk assessment style & process wise.
∎ Review reject/ quality held fabric & take corrective action.
∎ Ensure received fabric barcode & quality as per daily delivery plan.
∎ Check and verify Yarn quality & availability with SCM & MCD.
∎ Coordinate with related department to ensure machine proper utilization.
∎ Ensure housekeeping & PPE usage in production area and other compliance issue.
∎ Make a succession plan and pick up right/potential subordinate to transpose the experience/education for future leader.
