Education:

  • Hon’s/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

  • MBA in HRM & PGD in HRM Or Diploma in Social Compliance will get preference.

  • Must be excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.

  • Good team player, well-organized and initiative.

  • Able to work under pressure with deadline.

  • Must be good knowledge on Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office program).

  • Must be excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To ensure staff & worker recruitment & selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time.

  • To prepare various letters, memos such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Increment Letter, Promotion Letter, Transfer Letter etc. as and when required.

  • Conduct Orientation/induction Programs of newly joined employees.

  • Must be able to Handle independently & Keep updated employees personal files & other records time to time.

  • To handle daily attendance, Monthly Migration, monthly salary sheet check & correction, Leave Management & Compensation Benefits etc.

  • To handle the grievance and disciplinary proceedings and conduct domestic enquiry smoothly.

  • Have to ensure the factory is ready for any kind of Social, Security, Fire, Environmental, Technical or any other audits at any day.

  • Carry out regular internal Audit to ensure Compliance in the Business unit and evaluate findings, questions, and action plans.

  • To maintain properly all HR & compliance related documents & Register as per compliance requirements/standards.

  • Arrange & conduct regular training on company sustainability standards and best practices.

  • Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.

  • Communicate with Civil, Maintenance, Technical and Fire Department to any Kinds of relevant problem issues of the floor.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management time to time.
