Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Higher degree majoring in Auditing, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
∎ Professional qualification in internal audit/ accounting/ IT audit/ investigation (e.g. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, or equivalent).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, execute and lead internal audit/review to ensure required controls existed, sufficient, and functioning as planned.
∎ Evaluate risks & controls, engage and work effectively with auditees on audit findings, recommendations, and issuance of audit reports.
∎ Take charge or participate in assigned whistle blowing/employee non-compliance cases or special projects.
∎ Promote risk and control awareness by conducting or assisting compliance training.
∎ Assist in K-SOX effort.
∎ Review and provide feedback on newly developed or existed policies, procedures and processes to ensure control sufficiency.
∎ Support Company’s compliance programs to ensure successful implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years solid work experience in internal auditing gained from consulting firm combined with manufacturing/supply chain industry; with at least 3-5 years of experience in a Senior Internal Audit Manager capacity.
∎ Proficient in report writing, fluent in oral and written English, and good in presentation skill.
∎ Experience in data analytics and data mining is a definite asset
∎ Strong hands-on knowledge of Internal Audit methodology, risk management frameworks and investigation process.
∎ Effective team player, self-motivated, responsible, independent and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, meticulous and independent.
